The Quantum is on strike again, won't run. After I put the rebuilt IP on, it ran like a charm-once. Wouldn't start since. No adjusting of the IP timming since it ran or anything else except I installed an electric fuel pump between the filter & the IP inlet. Saw all kinds of air & bubbles run thru the intake line & then the return line, then just diesel fuel. Still wouldn't start. Cracked all the injector lines at the injectors, no signs of any fuel so appears not getting any fuel to the injectors. Does this call for another tow start? Anything else I should do?
