Welcome back Bill ;o)

1) Are yoou running diesel, rather than cannola etc?
2) The Quantum ran you say... Did it run for 5 minutes, or for a distance of
a few miles? Stop and start?
3) Did you then leave it for a few days or just overnight before it stopped
'starting'?
4) Why did you install an electric pump inline? Did you install it just to
help the draw up of fuel before trying to restart, or after pulling your
hair out after it failed to start?
5) Bubbles are a problem, as they affect the internal pressures of the
injection pump... Did they appear after electric pump install?

What I would do?...
1) Remove electric pump. I see no reason why a pump would lift fuel today ,
and not 'tomorrow'....
2) disconnect supply and return lines at the bulkhead where they are about
to head back to the tank.
3) Get a jug of diesel and dip the supply line into it. Can you find a
plastic syringe, [50cc would be perfect] and attach it to the return line
coming from the pump raise it above the pump and suck the fuel through.
Quickly remove and then resuck if no diesel comes out on first run.
4) When diesel has come through, drop line into your diesel bucket and
remove syringe.
5) Start vehicle. and look for bubbles in supply line to pump. If present
then screw on top of fuel filter may be leaking, or even water drain.

Come back with some answers please

Mark
