Reinstalled fuel cut off switch, still no start. With vacuum pump I was able to draw fuel thru the IP. Loosened all the injector lines at the injectors, no signs of fuel coming out of the injector lines. Checked glow plugs. Am getting power when ignition switch on but test light still stays on when glow plug lite goes off on the dash. Looks like I am not getting fuel to the injectors. Also checked the fuel shut off solenoid out of the IP & it does work. Funny thing. The IP worked before I partially removed the distributor block to replace the "O" ring to stop the IP leak from the rear. Have I done something wrong  or do I have the have the IP rebuilt? I have a used non-turbo IP I could use (1.6 engine) but would rather use the turbo IP.
