Shouldn't be the TO bearing. It's in gear lube and just allows
low friction rotation of the pushrod while pushing the clutch so
even if it was frozen, it shouldn't make the pedal very hard. I'd
go with Rudy on the cable, check your pedal assy also. Could have
a dry bushing there, cracked pedal assy even. Not common but
can happen.
