Today over at my father's farm, we were checking out the operational power of a battery. We put it in my first TD Q, a white one, which has been parked up since I bought a Gold one in mid 2005, and then used Goldies engine in my silver gasser one I bought mid 2006,.. The white one started up possibly 2nd or 3rd  rev. I lost count as I was expecting to drain the battery for a period. Absolutely marvellous. I have only ever started this car once before, about 2 years ago. This one got 62mpg [uk] on a run and over 50 in town. I only parked it up because it needs a paint job... This one I ran out of diesel, and then it would self prime after 15 seconds or so.
