[Vwdiesel] '01 Golf TDi binding rear brake

Actually the Jetta is the first car I've worked on that didn't have the
shoe'd parking brake. :)
I describe it like a small drum brake with a disk rotor around it.
Between my son and I, I've worked on  a '69 Benz, 2003 KIA Optima and a '84
Pontiac Fiero all had shoes inside the disk rotor for the park brake.

Loren, have you had the rear caliper apart to replace the seals?

Rolf, I'd surmise that it's either a worn seal (square), or rusty
caliper pins (slide).
And could be a combination of many issues mentioned.
