 But you can't actually see the seal until you remove the piston. 
What you CAN see is the dust boot.  
http://www.europartsdirect.com has rear seal kits for $6.32.  Of 
course you might check with our sponsor, www.tdiparts.com and see 
if Dan can get them.  :-)
 Rebuilding a caliper is easy with some compressed air and caution.  
If you're not careful that piston can come flying out with much more 
M*V than you'll be expecting and can break things like cheek bones, 
fingers, lights, etc.
