[Vwdiesel] URGENT_ step or no step in dasher flywheel??

I have a feeling that the stepped one is the universal replacement that also
fitted the later Quantum 4 cylinder clutches. First flywheels had shrunk on
starter ring.
I'm sure I'm right, as the YP block traversed late Dashers and also
Quantums, thus 5peed gearboxes also fit on.
