First get the throttle lever backed down where it belongs or at least
close (you can just stick it in gear and kill it for now) and get the
timing set back to 1.15mm. In the meantime pull the wire from the
stop solenoid and make sure you get a click every time you connect
it. No click, not working. Check that the power to it is good, then
make sure there's a plunger and I think a spring. Not sure that all of
them use a spring or just gravity. Some plungers stick into the
solenoid and I think some will just fall loose. After the known problems
are fixed, it's easier to chase the other. Doubtful but maybe the
throttle shaft being so far out of whack could bypass the fuel
shutoff? Shouldn't but I'd fix that first just in case.
