  First get the throttle lever backed down where it belongs or at least 
close (you can just stick it in gear and kill it for now) and get the 
timing set back to 1.15mm.  In the meantime pull the wire from the 
stop solenoid and make sure you get a click every time you connect 
it.  No click, not working.  Check that the power to it is good, then 
make sure there's a plunger and I think a spring.  Not sure that all of 
them use a spring or just gravity.  Some plungers stick into the 
solenoid and I think some will just fall loose.  After the known problems 
are fixed, it's easier to chase the other. Doubtful but maybe the 
throttle shaft being so far out of whack could bypass the fuel 
shutoff?  Shouldn't but I'd fix that first just in case.
