[Vwdiesel] More Quantum Questions?

I'm with Tad, I think it's a sticking plunger or weak winding 'shutoff'
solenoid.
I just replaced a weak solenoid (glow plug relay) on my F250.
Ripped it apart and found the solenoid winding worked but it was very weak.
