[Vwdiesel] Still having starting issues with the 82 vanagon diesel

This reminds me of an issue my sister had with her 69 Type 3 gasser. It
would occasionally refuse to crank when hot, usually after shutting down for
refueling. Nearly every part was replaced, yet the problem persisted.
Sometimes you could get it to start if you gave it a jump, so the added
voltage/current seemed to play a part... or just wait long enough.
Never did figure out what it was... problem was solved by selling it!
