[Vwdiesel] electric thinggy on front of 1.9 pump

The problem with using the switches on the pump (which are for AC cut  
out) is that they OPEN when you accelerate meaning no power goes  
through them and they Close when you deccelerate.  This is exactly the  
opposite of what this thing needs.  When you accel it needs to be  
closed (no power applied) and open (power supplied) at least that is  
the way I understood the Bentley test procedures for it.  Hayden
