I would add that even if shaft bushing clearance and belt tension is
correct, a misalignment of the pump mounting brackets will cause the belt to
walk as well.  There is enough play in the bolt holes that a re-alignment of
the mounting brackets will fix the belt tracking issue.  There is even a
tech paper for the AAZ that gives the procedure.  Basically you DON'T want
the outer edge of the timing belt to rub on the pulley bolted to the crank
timing sprocket.  If it does, then the brackets need to be adjusted.
