Joe, I have two rust free 1981 Rabbit diesel project 4 door cars. I would sell both for $1000 obo. I think if you put the head & related parts from the dented Rabbit, fabricated a trailer hitch & tow bar, you could tow the other Rabbit back home with the good Rabbit. Then you could salvage good parts from your rusty Rabbit. Another way would be to rent a U-Haul truck one way. Put one Rabbit inside & tow the other on a U-Haul tow dolly.
