Well, if you said it was a pickup or a Kubvan with a blown motor, maybe...
But I'm in PA and I can't say I'm interested in driving that distance for a
4-door... Even 2 of 'em.  Thanks.

Joe, I have two rust free 1981 Rabbit diesel project 4 door cars. I would
sell both for $1000 obo. I think if you put the head & related parts from
the dented Rabbit, fabricated a trailer hitch & tow bar, you could tow the
other Rabbit back home with the good Rabbit. Then you could salvage good
parts from your rusty Rabbit. Another way would be to rent a U-Haul truck
one way. Put one Rabbit inside & tow the other on a U-Haul tow dolly.
