[Vwdiesel] priming fuel

I've heard this can be a pain, and the recommended antidote is to do the
injectors 1 or 2 at a time.

Not very useful for you at this point, I know.

You mentioned you only have 1 line opened... I'd try all 4 until you get
some fuel out of them.
