[Vwdiesel] VW Code scanner

If the web page is accurate, this can do most/all of the things that you
would otherwise need a VagCom or dealership for - it mentions "Adaptation"
(which can be used to tweak numerous settings in the ECU), "Basic settings"
(used for setting injection timing), Output tests, and (most interesting),
"Dealership Code Set". Exactly what that means one can only guess, but it
sounds interesting! Perhaps the fabled SKC, used for Immobilizer work?

Long story short, this is much more than your usual OBDII reader.
