[Vwdiesel] changing A2 door handle key tumblers if you have no key?

Thanks all, I am all set, locks are working well now, key tumbler did not need to be removed on the other handle that I had no key for.
I figured there was something wrong with my pass. side handle as I could not lock the door, something was not hitting right when I turned the key.
Hear, the thing that hits the door lock mechanism has a left and a right configuration.  I had them swapped, with the left side lock tab on the right side door.  All good now.  waiting for the snow.

Be sure and clean and lube the interior of the door lock mechanism.  That's
where dust and rust make a home, and gum the works up, making the actuator
hard to move, which breaks the handle mechanism.  The door lock mechanism
does come apart if you take it off, and isn't that big a job.  Then you can
wire wheel the stuff inside the lock, and it works smooth again.  This is
particularly on the rear doors where it sits at an angle.
If you want to do without removing, be sure to get the spray lube shot to
the top of the latch, on the side closest to the door- that's where the
slidey thing slides that actuates the door rocking latch.
