[Vwdiesel] changing A2 door handle key tumblers if you have no key?

Cool, this will be easy then.  I have the original working tumblers for my car that match the ign. switch tumbler, so I will just swap them into these new / used handles and make sure to grease and spray the hell out of my door closer things in the door.  I guess they are a bit gummed up.  I have lubed them before, but....still they break the finger pull handles.

  If you were close I could take a shot at picking it for you!
  I don't remember for sure if you HAVE to have the key or not.  It's 
at least easier with the key, as the pins don't fall out but I THINK 
the tumbler will push out, you'll just have pins a flyin' when you do.
You may have to get something thin to help them past any ridge, IF 
there's any ridge.
