[Vwdiesel] Is a 1.5 diesel head interchangeable with the 1.6 diesel head?

The oil return holes are different. 1.5 head has small return holes,
11mm bolt holes; '81 head has large return holes, 11mm bolt holes;
'82 on has large return holes, 12mm bolt holes.
What's his name (dieselparts.com?) sells a bushing to seal up the
larger hole (front, center) when putting a large hole head on a small
hole block or vise versa. Otherwise you'll get a big oil leak.
