I picked up a set of deep-socket half inch drive impact sockets from
harbor freight when they were on special a while back - the 1 1/16" socket
works fine with a 4" extension and a 'T'-handle breaker bar, haven't had
to move the pump yet. Probably cost as much as a single name brand
socket, and seem to be pretty robust (I could be wrong about that, haven't
really stressed any of them very much yet). Since it's been a while,
guess you should make sure the sockets are still made the same on the
inside before buying, or make sure you can return 'em if it doesn't fit.
