[Vwdiesel] Oil flow problem??

Back before I knew better, a few years ago, I performed my first timing belt
change and did not replace the tensioner pulley. Given the fact that I have
had two episodes of slipping and I may be flirting with disaster ---- I
think I will go ahead and not only check the tension but replace the belt
and pulley as soon as I can fit it in to my schedule.
