  Got it torn down.  First good head gasket I've seen for some time! :-D
Timing belt was snapped.  A valve cover nut apparently has been 
bouncing around in there for some time and finally got in just the 
right place.  Ouch! 

  A timing belt, 1 intake, 2 exhaust's, 3 seals, a head gasket, cam 
seal and I'm skipping the tensioner.  It's more than any other part 
I'm buying and it's a moderately older one that seem to last quite 
a long time.  Yeah, yeah but I figure it'll outlast the new ones from 
what I keep hearing about them.  
  A couple valves were just a tad warped so they're true now, one 
of the exhausts was almost grindable.  It was bent that little but it's 
bent so it's gone.  Oh yeah, and 3 lifters that had the crown broken 
right off of them!
  Parts tomorrow so I might get the head set up and back on before 
Wed.  $135 but it'd be a lot worse if I had to pay someone to do it!
