[Vwdiesel] Oil flow problem

I've never had any issues with the newer pumps. I certainly wouldn't even
consider replacing one with a diaphragm pump. IMO, if the vac pump is
binding then it is only a symptom of an illness that will not be cured by
swapping the vac pump.
