He doesn't mention anything about the engine, i.e. what type of oil was used, when was the TB changed, intake cleaned etc.  Unless he has the history, I'd stay away from that

I am in practice working on them, though.......  I can't help but think 
that if fuel prices go up again, a body could do alright re-selling one.
