Hi guys,
I went to the Detroit Auto show, or technicially the North American Auto show, yesterday. The VW display had a video touting the improvements in the new diesels to dispel the old sterotypes of the old diesels vs the new clean diesels. One of the one the myths they dispelled was that the diesels couldn't start well in the cold. They showed in the video a VW Jetta TDI starting at -35 degree's F. Does anyone know what all they add to the new diesels that help them start in the cold. I sure would like mine to start that well in the cold.
By the way I decided to do the right thing and just replace that caliper on my daughters 1990 Volvo 240. Thanks for all of your replies.
Dave
