I know Mike from down in NC had his 1.6td pump done by Giles a few years ago. I am sure shipping with full insurance to and from Canada will be around $100.
Note, I once got a turbo from David Marshal near Vancouver sent to me. It was insured for $350 but was lost for almost a month. The type of shipping insurance they have between countries for FedEx was for LOSE only, not damage. The turbo showed up after about 1 month but the body of the turbo was broken. David said he had insurance for lose only, so we both lost on that deal. He split the cost of the turbo with me.
It was packed well, the box was handled very poorly.

Has anyone from the US sent a pump up there? If so, what did the round trip shipping run
you? I have a pump or two that I would like to get rebuilt for my 1.9D and that may be
the way to go.
