[Vwdiesel] 1.6 L injection pump

I forgot to post this in the last one, sorry. I sent my pump up to him. I
made the mistake of sending it UPS. Never again due to extra fees involved.
If you send it. FedEX or USPS is the best way and INSURE it!

I had mine down about 4yrs ago and it was right at $1100 USD total for
shipping and for the rebuild and modification.  Yes that is extremely
expensive but if you ask me a small price to pay for the performance I have
gained from it. You can ask Toni, he drove my jetta.

Has anyone from the US sent a pump up there?  If so, what did the round trip
shipping run 
you?  I have a pump or two that I would like to get rebuilt for my 1.9D and
that may be 
the way to go.
