I wouldn't worry about the compression figures until you have run the

a while. It may be better than the readings sugggest. Especially if it does 

indeed start...


  True, the 398 number would most likey be a hot compression number 
and since it hasn't run a while, I'm sure the numbers could easily climb
a fair amount and even out once it's up and running.
