  Most likely something got in there.  It happens.  Only two ways to 
possibly clean it out.  Sometimes driving it floored will clear it out, 
about 20% of the time that helps an injector.  The other way is to 
disassemble, clean, burnish the carbon off the tip with a piece of 
hardwood, and reassemble.  That works about 20% of the time as 
well.  :-(
  Sounds like you really might need a set of injectors.  It's nice to 
have a test stand to be sure but without experience "reading" the 
pattern, a bad one often looks good until you see what a new one's 
like again.  I think it was Andrew that did a writeup on making a 
test stand from a hydraulic jack and some fittings.
