Stretch bolts begin tostretch at about 110 to 125 lbft initially. Subsequent
give may be around 95lbft. Loosening the bolt first may have helped,A strong
magnetic telescopic screwdrive may get the bolt out , as it should not be
tight, and is invariably well lubed...
