Progress report. I succeeded in re installing the rebuilt IP & injectors, which I tested on my injector. However, it still doesn't want to start. I have previously installed new glow plugs & fuel filters. I plan to get some help to tow the Quantum to a hill & coast start it like I have in the past. Somehow, I don't think fuel is getting to the injectors but will disconnect one at a time to see if I am getting fuel first. One of the discussions talked of filling the IP by removing the outlet banjo fitting & filling it but said this was difficult with a turbo IP.
