  Most likely it's just your "key is out" contact that is out of whack 
and not disconnecting.  I recall one of mine doing something similar
when I had the "key is in and the door is open" noisemaker connected.
I'd just pop the key in and out a couple times and it'd go off.
  The towing wiring SHOULDN'T have any connection to it.  That's 
lighting and the buzzer has ties to the door switch and the key.  It 
could, however be crossed through the dome light into the park light 
circuit.  Try turning off the dome light switch and see if it still does 
it.
