[Vwdiesel] broke later style vacuum pump?

Any issue with the oil supply to the later style plump will cause it to
produce almost no vacuum and is the only issue (other than busting the
nipple) I've ever personally had with the rotary style. If you are not
seeing pressurized oil flowing out from the center of the pump I would
assume it is an oil supply issue. I have a pump here that had a busted
nipple. I purchased a brass check valve from mcmaster and installed it, but
haven't gotten to installing it to test it. Should be a cheap and permanent
solution/improvement.
