Nasty crack!

I don't know how much luck you'll have with JB-Weld. You might want to
try brazing it with some bronze. I would put more money on that
working than JB-Weld. Seems that the most you have to lose at this
point is your time and a new headgasket. That's not really much risk,
and it's possible that you could get away with it. As long as you're
willing to try it I can't think of anything worse you can do - if the
block is shot then it's already a worst case scenario.... :)
