[Vwdiesel] New Headgasket and Headbolt Issues

Here is my current plan of attack:

I am having the machine shop at work make a 90 degree piece of steel that
will clamp over the crack. I am going to sleeve out the oil return and seal
that with black sealant and JB weld. I am also going to seal the water
jacket crack with JB weld and water pump sealant. Thanks for the suggestion
of brazing, I will be having the welding shop take a shot at it.

Hopefully, with a very large clamp and the 90 degree 'cast' around the
crack, it should gain enough strength along with brazing and JB weld, to
hold. Ironically all cyilinders had great compression, it was just mixing
the oil and coolant and of course that was steaming out the oil breather
line on the intake
