We have here a selection of MKI-II transmissions.  It will cost about  
$55-75 to ship one UPS depending up how far from Texas you are.  I  
would mind delivering within a couple of hundred miles for diesel  
money!  Cost is $115 per except for the close ratio trans (9A) I want  
$125 for that.  Drop me an email if you want one.  More coming later.
