  They make some JB like material that comes with a release agent.  
You mix up a little, put it in the cleaned out hole, put the release 
agent on the bolt, put it in the hole and "tighten" it down a little.  
Let it set and tada!
  You can probably do the same with JB, just have a film of oil on 
the bolt so that it'll back out after the JB sets up.
