Did you heat it red hot then spray cold water with a spray bottle or hose. Have a vice grip right there. That did the trick many times on my old JD tractors. Have a fire extingisher just in case anything unwanted gets caught and keep the heat only on the bolt ends. Push comes to shove you might have to cut the bolt flush and then tear a hole to pull that nut out to replace it inside and then weld it back up. It happens more then you think. Good luck.
