[Vwdiesel] Slipping Clutch and Crazy Idea

I thought only guys like me in Pennsyltucky ever heard of doing crazy shit
like this..

I suspect in my friends case, what happened is either he did it when the
friction surfaces were hot or the chemicals disintegrated & broke apart the
clutch material and got lodged in a bad way. ... end result was a cracked
(in multiple spots) pressure plate and clutch disk. hes lucky he didnt punch
a hole in his case.
