[Vwdiesel] Quantum Milage pre & post re-ring

Well, I've seen it on a couple different cars. But I guess I'm not
quite as typical - I tend to buy the cars with a couple hundred
thousand miles already on them. I have no idea how they were driven in
the past, as they're from auction, but I drive them fairly easy as far
as shifting. So that kind of thing might be on my mind more than most
people. (Heck, maybe I've just been a little unlucky in that
department to see the issues on multiple cars.)
