Dave,
The cam is not keyed, so you need to pull the timing belt, and replace the
seal, and then retime the belt.
I turn the engine to TDC, as it just makes things easy, before breaking things
down.
The seal comes out pretty easily, I don't think you'll have a problem.
If your crank one is leaking, this is the time to do it. For the IDI, I think
the seal is the same. Double check.
Reassemble, and reset the timing.
Have fun, this is not a hard job, if you know how to do timing.
