[Vwdiesel] Camshift oil seal (fwd)

  All 3 are the same, crank, int. shaft and cam.
  You can just pull the cam gear and belt, valve cover and the first cam 
bearing 
cap.  Loosen the second and the seal comes out really easily with no muss, 
no 
fuss.
  As Val said, good time to check the other seals, int shaft seal holder 
-ring and 
water pump for leaks and replace as needed.  (or replace for Murphy!)
