Bryan - where are you seeing the water? You know that there are 4 drains, 2
front and 2 back?
I wouldn't take the rubber nipple off, just find a way to keep it from
gluing itself shut. I just stuck a smaller piece of hose in there to keep
the "valve" open.
Not clear on your second paragraph... "Will it pull down some do it can be
inspected further"?
It's possible for the hose to come disconnected inside the headliner, which
is a sad situation...
You know about the recall, right?
