I have seen this guy on the highway over the years from time to time.  Sad.  car 
looks good from the top side, I had a 65 bug  like that, good on stop, bad on 
botttom.

1982 Rabbit Diesel in Old Bridge, NJ. Sounds like he really wants to get rid of 
it and would take less even. Over $10K in parts into it. Only as a parts car 
unless structural rust can be fixed.
