Structural rust can be fixed, but it's quite a job. Not really worth it in a 
car like that, since it's probably in the vacinity of $5000 for anything 
significant as far as rust repair work. Can go up from there, just look at 
some of the restorations done on muscle cars, where something like a Cuda 
convertible will have the floor pans, trunk floor, and a bunch of the frame 
horn pieces replaced. Probably closer to $50k in parts and labor on 
something like that.

I've done some in the past on bugs, but nothing too crazy. But, even the 
bugs I did were worth more on the market than a rabbit is currently.
