[Vwdiesel] Exaust

I'm also in Oregon, and I've seen them check for a problem with the
tailpipe once. There was a car that wasn't getting all of the exhaust
out the tailpipe, so after a couple tries and them checking to make
sure everything was hooked up right they looked under the car and saw
that there were giant holes so their probe wasn't hardly getting
anything. I assume they failed it for that, but I don't remember. It
was the car in the next bay over, so I didn't have a lot of interest
other than just curiosity.
