  Upholstry suppliers sell new cardboard.  Since you have the old one, 
you can use it as a pattern and make a new one if you wanted.  Just 
be sure you get the CORRECT glue and glue the roof supports/ribs to 
the roof well, before anchoring any new headliner support to it/them.
They are likely slightly bent and pulled loose from the old liner sagging.
