HI Dave
There are 3 kinds of wing windows that fit Rabbits. Glue onto hinge
like most Westmorland produced Rabbits. Bolt through hinge and solid
unopenable wind wings. All are in their own frames that include the front
main window track. They are easy to change. One Phillips head screw in the
uppermost end of the front window track and one bolt into the front window
track that is behind the door panel. By far the most reliable fix is to get
either the bolt through wings or the solids. Try your junkyards or EBay or
perhaps Craig's list. On one of my pickups I have a solid on the driver's
side and a bolt through on the passenger side.

Drove BR a bit more today. It seemed to be running pretty well still,
starts easy enough once I glow the plugs some (which is a bit of a hassle,
as the relay seems to be dead but I can't get it to unplug from the socket,
so I am currently holding a wire directly to the battery for a few
seconds...) though it is pretty cool out today so that is a good sign.
However, the wind noise from the vent windows is about to drive me crazy!
It appears that the glass was originally glued to the pivots, and that they
have come unglued.
I was thinking rear view mirror epoxy for this. What do ya'll think? Any
better ideas?
Thanks,
Dave Cook
