[Vwdiesel] stick stuck in cylinder

For marking the TDC on flywheel/pressure plate, the position of the cam is
irrelevant.  180° of of crank rotation from crank TDC is crank bottom dead
center.  The same TDC mark shows up twice for each rotation of the cam.
